The audit committee’s mission is to review :

together with the Finance department and the statutory auditors, the annual, semiannual and quarterly draft reports of the company in order to facilitate their approval or review by the board,
the Group interim financial and management reports,
the reports to the general meeting drafted by the chairman,
the relevance and consistency of the accounting methods used in the preparation of the accounts and the consistency of the internal control tools set up after consultation with the statutory auditors and the internal audit department,
the risk mapping,
the implementation of the statutory auditors’ recommendations,
the draft financial press releases, if any,
the significant off-balance sheet risks and commitments,
the balance in related party transactions among Group companies,
the Group audit program,
the work program and compensation of the statutory auditors.
