The Group operates today in Turkey through Afyon Çimento  with one cement plant.

Ciments Français entered the Turkish cement market in 1989 through the privatization program launched by the Turkish State and the acquisition of Set Group. This operation was the biggest one-time foreign capital investment realized in Turkey at that time.

At the beginning of 2011 Ciments Français sold Set Group to Limak Holding (Turkey); Afyon Çimento was not included in the perimeter of the transaction.

The cement plant, located in the western Turkey, is ISO 9001:2000 certified.

Afyon Çimento is listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.
